Syllabus Of 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh

Shatkarma

The day begins with yogic detoxification which we called in Sanskrit sat karma (the internal cleansing of body). The teacher is very experts in satkarma and its theory. Teacher explain how to perform each satkarma and what are the benefits of it.

Our Teacher makes satkarma easier for students

  • Jal Neti- it is a process to nasal cleaning where we use salty hot water and a neti pot which provided by school. Jalneti helps to clean the nasal and take well breath by remove the any blockage in nose.
  • Sutraneti- The anther cleansing process for nasal passages where we use a cotton thread for advance practitioner and rubber tube for beginners.
  • Tratka- it is a cleaning of eyes where we follow two type of technique.
  • Kapalbhanti- The meaning of kapalbhanti is skull cleansing its part of pranayama too. Its very helpful to maintain the wait of the body and improv the breathing power .
  • Kunjal- The best part of 200-hour TTC is kunjal which we called vaman also. It is a abdominal cleaning and after this cleansing students feel very light and healthy.
